Here's how the authentication service handles token refresh:
- The service uses access + refresh tokens. When the access token expires, the client posts the refresh token to /refresh; the service verifies it and issues a new access token (and optionally a new refresh token).
- Implemented in auth_service/api/v1/tokens.py within the refresh_token function (lines 145–220).
